    As a department director, you should be able to conduct every conversation yourself. Maybe not immediately, but certainly in the long run. From cradle to grave: you hire people yourself, train them, develop them, ensure they become as good as yourself, and if they want to leave, say goodbye without hassle.

  • Your Team

    We analyze your team based on experience, age, role definition, behavior, ambition, knowledge, etc. But also on learning psychological themes: pro-reactive, learning style, task orientation, etc. And then we’ll create a framework for where you can grow and who can learn or do what.

    We examine and assess your leadership style using various instruments (for enthusiasts: Leary, Hersey and Blanchard, Kurt Lewin, competing values, Insights, etc.). Once you have experienced all of this, we conduct an analysis and develop a plan. “Know Yourself” is the motto of this module.

  • Following the Refresher Course in Conversation Techniques

    You may recognize having to go to a party that you really don’t feel like going to. But in the end it’s super fun. That’s how I initially experienced this refresher course. I really didn’t feel like it and didn’t see the point at all. But now that I’m sitting in my chair, evaluating in my head, this has benefited me so much. Many great tools to be able to apply in the conversations and yet a bit of self-reflection about what kind of manager I actually am. A very useful refresher course and perhaps for you as TURMA to use this more with your clients. Thank you and greetings Harold

  • Ten years later and ten years wiser. In 2013 I had the opportunity to participate in Turma’s High Potential Training together with 5 colleagues. Initially, uncertainty arose about the content and “whether we could handle such a program”. Now, ten years later and a two-time European Quality Director of international companies, I look back with great pleasure on the time when Theo trained us and prepared us for these types of positions. To this day, I use the tools and methods I learned then. Team composition, bad news conversations, cultural differences and setting priorities are some of the many experiences that I still use every day. Yes, the training was intensive, but in addition to the tension and interests of departments, processes and people, I got to know myself better. Can I recommend it? It binds the employee, it is a great added value for the company and it prepares the next generation of leaders. Yes, I can recommend it.
